Can't read CD, DVD, VCD? | Yahoo Answers
2008-4-9 · Ciao!~ :D For some reason, I insert a CD in the CD player, and the autoplay doesn't pop up. I checked 'My Computer', no cd there. I tried, DVDs and VCDs, none of them worked. Yesterday, it was running fine. I'm sure all the video formats are compatible with the Windows Media Player. There's just one thing. not sure, but I downloaded the DivX codec yesterday, could that have messed the CD up?
